Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Experience: 5–8 years in Hotel / Restaurant Operations
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Owner
Accomodation : Will be provided .
Language - Kannada, Hindi and English.
Role Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager who will take end-to-end accountability for the daily operations of the hotel/restaurant, including staffing, shift planning, employee attendance, weekly offs, food quality, customer experience, hygiene, inventory control and waste management.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on operations leader who can manage both people and processes, ensure consistent food quality across vegetarian and non-vegetarian offerings, control operational wastage and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
