HR Intern – Avenado Private Limited

Location: Bangalore

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Experience: Freshers

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support attendance and leave management.
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain recruitment and HR trackers.
• Support training and employee engagement activities.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations.
• Coordinate with employees and different departments as required.
• RequirementsGraduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Interest in building a career in Human Resources.
