• Job Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
• Post job vacancies and regularly refresh listings.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Maintain employee attendance and basic HR records.
• Assist management with day-to-day HR activities.
• Work towards closing vacancies within the required timelines.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada preferred.
• Experience using recruitment portals such as Apna, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Good candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Should be proactive, organized and comfortable handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate :Experience recruiting for manufacturing, factory, sales, operations and technical roles will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month, depending on experience.
