HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. The recruiter should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Draft and post job openings across job portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Perform reference and background checks when required.
• Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation within company guidelines.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and hiring costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist with employee engagement and other HR activities when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hiring for sales, marketing, operations, and technical roles.
• Knowledge of HRMS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
