The company offers TCat, a SaaS-based platform that integrates automated travel management with a comprehensive travel marketplace, enabling enterprises to streamline processes and reduce overall travel costs by up to 20%.

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking articulate, target driven Inside Sales Executives to engage prospective clients, explain our travel management platform (TCat), and generate qualified leads. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to handle high volumes of outbound calling.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Prospecting and qualifying potential customers to categorize the target audience.

·        Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and present TCat’s value proposition.

·        Generate and qualify leads, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

·        Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant solutions.

·        Schedule product demos and meetings for the business development team.

·        Maintain accurate records and report to follow up consistently.

·        Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and monthly sales goals.

·        Communicate professionally with decision-makers at various organizational levels.

 

Qualifications:

·        Excellent verbal communication in English; confident phone presence.

·        Proven experience in cold calling, tele-sales, or lead generation.

·        Ability to handle objections and drive conversations effectively.

·        Basic understanding of sales processes.

·        Goal-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
