Inside Sales Specialist – B2B Corporate Gifting

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our B2B corporate gifting sales team in Bengaluru.

The role involves handling client enquiries, understanding requirements, suggesting products, sharing quotations, following up, and converting enquiries into orders.

Responsibilities -

• Handle incoming enquiries from corporate clients.
• Speak with clients to understand their gifting requirements, quantity, budget, customization and delivery timelines.
• Recommend suitable corporate gifting products.
• Share catalogues, quotations and product details through WhatsApp and email.
• Follow up with interested clients and convert enquiries into orders.
• Negotiate and close deals within company guidelines.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customization, artwork, production and delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales and client information.
• Develop strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Generate repeat business from existing clients.

The role primarily involves working with incoming enquiries and business leads, communicating with clients, following up and converting opportunities into sales.
