Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative, confident, and target-oriented Interior Designer – Sales to handle clients from the initial enquiry through design consultation and project booking.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of residential interiors, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements, present design solutions, and successfully convert leads into confirmed projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads and enquiries for residential interior projects.
• Contact leads, understand their requirements, budget, timeline, and design preferences.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Provide professional interior design consultations.
• Prepare and present design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and proposals.
• Explain materials, finishes, pricing, scope of work, and project timelines.
• Prepare and share quotations with clients.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Handle client objections and negotiate effectively.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams after project confirmation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and generate referrals.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of residential interior design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Good knowledge of English; Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage.
