Job Description

  • Manage daily interior project site activities.
  • Coordinate carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers and civil workers.
  • Handle labour attendance and contractor coordination.
  • Manage vendor follow-ups and material procurement.
  • Monitor site progress, quality and timelines.
  • Read and understand BOQs and basic architectural drawings.
  • Prepare daily work schedules and progress reports.
  • Track material usage and site expenses.
  • Resolve routine execution issues.
  • Coordinate project completion and client handover.
