Job Description

We are hiring for the International Voice Process – Customer Support Associate.

Job Details:

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in International Voice Process / BPO
  • Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduates can apply
  • Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts (night shifts for international customers)
  • Work from Office

Your Work:

  • Talk to international customers on calls and solve their queries
  • Give correct information and quick solutions
  • Update customer details in the system (CRM)
  • Send difficult issues to the senior team
  • Keep customers happy and meet quality targets

Requirements:

  • Good spoken English with clear pronunciation
  • 6 months to 1 year of international voice experience
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ready to work night and rotational shifts
