Inventory And Purchase Manager

Sparify is a Bengaluru motorcycle accessories and riding apparel brand . Own website, Amazon, and retail stores across India. Own warehouse, 3,000+ SKUs.

What you’ll do

• Decide what to buy, how much, and when — across 3,000+ SKUs
• Build the demand forecast and set up reorder logic in our WMS
• Raise and track POs, reconcile against GRN
• Manage suppliers — pricing, terms, delivery dates
• Cut dead stock and reduce inventory days
• Plan Amazon FBA inventory
• Suggest new products for the catalogue
• From day 90: warehouse and dispatch team report to you

You’ll be measured on: stockout rate, inventory days, dead stock %, supplier on-time delivery. Reviewed monthly. Compensation review at 6 months.

Must have

• 2–6 years in purchase, procurement or inventory planning
• Experience with a large SKU catalogue — tell us how many you handled
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets (reorder models, pivot tables, lookups)
• Confident supplier negotiation
• Able to build a system from scratch — no team below you initially

• Worked at a motorcycle accessories, riding gear or apparel brand
• You ride yourself
• Know Unicommerce / Uniware
• Shopify admin or Amazon Seller Central
