Junior Architect

AnB Architecture is looking for a creative and technically skilled individual with strong 3D modelling, architectural visualization, and drafting abilities to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate and detailed 3D architectural models using SketchUp.

• Produce high-quality photorealistic architectural renders for residential, commercial, and interior projects.

• Prepare and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD.

• Develop exterior and interior visualizations using rendering software such as Lumion and Enscape.

• Work on façade concepts, interior spaces, material selections, lighting, landscaping, and presentation views.

• Convert architectural drawings and concepts into detailed 3D models.

• Coordinate with architects and designers to develop design concepts and presentation materials.

• Make revisions to drawings, models, and renders based on project requirements and client feedback.

• Maintain organized project files, models, textures, materials, and drawing documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in SketchUp.

• Very good architectural rendering and visualization skills.

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Proficiency in Lumion and/or Enscape.

• Good understanding of architectural materials, lighting, proportions, furniture, landscaping, and realistic visualization.

• Ability to create both interior and exterior renders.

• Basic understanding of architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within project deadlines.

• Good design sense and willingness to learn and experiment with new visualization techniques.

Preferred

Knowledge of Photoshop, V-Ray, D5 Render, or other visualization software will be an added advantage.
