Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to Aago Momo's recipes and SOPs.
• Handle basic kitchen preparation, including vegetable cutting and mise en place.
• Maintain consistency in portion sizes, taste and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist with daily opening and closing kitchen procedures.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Support the chef and other kitchen team members during busy service.
• Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient kitchen.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commis 1, kitchen staff in a restaurant or QSR is preferred.
• Experience making momo is a must.
• Should have basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Should be comfortable making different styles of momo.
• Good knife skills and vegetable preparation skills.
• Hardworking, punctual and willing to learn.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
