Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure Windows 10/11, software, and applications.
- Set up laptops and desktops for new joiners.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Create user accounts and configure email applications such as Outlook.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop and laptop performance issues.
- Coordinate with internet service providers to resolve connectivity issues.
- Perform basic hardware testing, replacement, and maintenance.
- Maintain records of IT assets, technical issues, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the L2 support team.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, printers, and peripherals.
- Ability to provide on-site technical support.
