The Role

We are looking for a **creative, commercially aware, and data-driven Marketing Executive** who can take ownership of PropertyAngel's social media and contribute directly to the growth of the brand.

This is not a role limited to posting content.

We want someone who can **research what our audience cares about, identify content opportunities, create engaging content, grow our audience, generate organic leads, analyse what is working, and continuously find better ways to grow**.

Social media and content will be the primary focus of the role, supported by **growth marketing, analytics, online reputation management, performance marketing, and SEO**.

What You'll Be Responsible For

1. Social Media, Content & Organic Growth

* Own and manage PropertyAngel's presence across **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms**.

* Research our target audience, competitors, real estate trends, customer questions, and trending topics to identify content opportunities.

* Plan and maintain a structured **social media content calendar**.

* Conceptualize, create, and publish **reels, videos, posts, carousels, stories, and other engaging content**.

* Write compelling hooks, captions, scripts, and social media copy.

* Create content around **property ownership, rentals, property management, real estate, investment, and relevant trending topics**.

* Develop content designed to increase **views, reach, engagement, followers, brand awareness, and organic enquiries**.

* Understand what makes content perform and continuously experiment with **topics, hooks, formats, creatives, and distribution strategies**.

* Perform basic **image and video editing** and coordinate with external/internal creative resources when required.

2. Growth Hacking & Lead Generation

* Constantly look for **creative and cost-effective ways to grow PropertyAngel's digital presence and generate leads**.

* Experiment with new content formats, platforms, collaborations, campaigns, communities, and distribution opportunities.

* Convert successful experiments into repeatable growth initiatives.

* Think beyond followers and views — understand how marketing activity can contribute to **enquiries, qualified leads, and business growth**.

3. Analytics & Sales Funnel

* Track key metrics including **reach, views, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, enquiries, leads, CPL, and conversions**.

* Analyse why certain content and campaigns perform better than others and use those insights to improve future activities.

* Understand and track the journey from **content → engagement → enquiry → lead → conversion**.

* Work with the sales team to understand **lead quality and conversion performance**.

* Prepare simple, meaningful reports that highlight **what worked, what didn't, why, and what should be done next**.

4. Brand & Online Reputation

* Monitor PropertyAngel's online presence across social media, reviews, comments, and other relevant platforms.

* Respond to **comments, messages, reviews, and online interactions** in line with the company's communication standards.

* Maintain a consistent brand voice across digital channels.

* Identify potential reputation issues early and coordinate appropriate responses.

5. Performance Marketing

* Manage and monitor PropertyAngel's **Meta and Google Ads campaigns**.

* Understand campaign objectives, audiences, creatives, budgets, and performance.

* Track **CPL, conversions, lead quality, spend, and ROI**.

* Review campaign performance and ensure campaigns are continuously being optimised towards business objectives.

* Coordinate creatives, messaging, campaign requirements, and performance reviews.

6. SEO & Digital Marketing

* Have a working understanding of **SEO, keywords, search intent, and content optimisation**.

* Support website content, blogs, email marketing, and other digital initiatives when required.

* Keep up with changes in **social media, digital marketing, AI tools, content creation, and consumer behaviour** and identify opportunities relevant to PropertyAngel.

Who We're Looking For

* **1–3 years of experience** in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role preferred.

* Strong understanding of **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube** and what makes content perform on each platform.

* Someone who genuinely enjoys **researching and creating content**, not just publishing it.

* Strong written communication and the ability to turn ideas into engaging **hooks, captions, scripts, and posts**.

* A good balance of **creativity and analytical thinking**.

* Strong **business acumen** — you should understand that marketing success is ultimately measured by its contribution to the business.

* Comfortable working with **social media analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics**.

* Basic knowledge of **SEO and image/video editing**.

* Familiarity with tools such as **Canva and common video editing tools**.

* Curious, proactive, willing to experiment, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
