Medical Representative (MR)

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build lasting relationships with the medical community to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities & TasksDoctor Engagement: Schedule appointments and regularly visit doctors, specialists, hospitals, and clinics to promote pharmaceutical products.Product Promotion: Present product features, clinical benefits, and usage guidelines effectively to medical professionals.Relationship Building: Establish, build, and maintain long-term professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare staff.Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales growth within the assigned territory and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Market Monitoring: Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and feedback from healthcare professionals to identify new business opportunities.Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of field visits, doctor interactions, and sales reports for management review.Campaigns & Events: Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns as required.Candidate Requirements & SkillsEducation: Graduate (Science, Pharmacy, or related fields preferred, though other streams with relevant experience are welcome).Key Skills:Medical Sales & Pharmaceutical SalesPharma MarketingDoctor Appointment Scheduling & Time ManagementExcellent Communication & Interpersonal SkillsExperience: Both freshers and experienced candidates with a background in pharma, healthcare, or retail sales are welcome to apply.Languages: Proficiency in English and local regional languages (such as Hindi/Kannada) for effective communication.
