GetSetFix Technology is hiring an experienced Mobile Phone Technician for smartphone hardware servicing, parts replacement, software installation, troubleshooting, and general mobile repair. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in mobile phone repair and hands-on knowledge of mobile hardware components and replacement procedures.

📋 Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Diagnose mobile hardware and software issues and identify faulty components.
📱 Perform display, touchscreen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, microphone, and other component replacements.
🔩 Handle mobile phone disassembly and reassembly carefully during repairs.
🔌 Inspect charging ports, connectors, buttons, cameras, speakers, and other components.
💿 Install, configure, and troubleshoot mobile operating systems and software.
🔍 Test mobile phones before and after repair to ensure proper functionality.
🛠️ Perform basic hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
📋 Ensure replaced parts are properly installed and the device is functioning correctly.
🧹 Maintain tools, equipment, and the service area in proper condition.
🤝 Explain basic repair/service requirements to customers when required.
🎯 Complete assigned repair jobs efficiently while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, as per skill & experience
🎯 Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 based on performance
