Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical positions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sourcing abilities, and the ability to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to close positions within the given timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand job requirements and hiring needs from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary, discuss job offers, and coordinate offer releases.
• Ensure candidates join on the agreed date and maintain regular follow-ups until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Required SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented approach with good time management.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and recruitment portals.
