Operation Executive

Role Overview

In this role, you will be the engine that keeps our startup running smoothly. You will work closely with the leadership team to transition our messy, early-stage tasks into scalable, repeatable systems. If you love building processes from scratch, optimizing software tools, and collaborating across engineering, sales, and customer success teams, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities

• Process Standardization: Design, implement, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline daily business and development workflows.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between technical (Product/Engineering) and commercial (Sales/Marketing) teams to eliminate alignment bottlenecks.
• SaaS Stack Management: Oversee our internal software tools, handle vendor management, and optimize user provisioning and subscription costs.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track key operational performance metrics, build internal dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Onboarding & Team Logistics: Manage operational onboarding for new hires, maintain internal knowledge bases, and coordinate team-wide schedules or events.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of operational experience, ideally within a SaaS, tech startup, or fast-paced environment.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing modern productivity and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Jira, Slack, or CRM platforms).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of building workflows or automation routines from scratch.
• Mindset: Highly adaptable individual who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
