Eripsa Elder Care is looking for caring, responsible, and reliable Patient Care Attendants/Caregivers to provide quality care and support to elderly and patients at home.

The caregiver will assist patients with their daily activities, personal care, mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and overall comfort while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and daily assistance to patients and elderly individuals.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Support patients with walking, mobility, and changing positions.
• Provide care for bedridden and dependent patients.
• Assist with medication reminders as instructed by the family or healthcare professional.
• Monitor the patient's general condition and promptly report any concerns.
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness around the patient.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow the care plan and instructions provided by the family or medical team.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality.
• Assist with basic household tasks related to the patient's care.
• RequirementsCaring and compassionate attitude.
• Responsible, patient, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in patient care, elderly care, or home nursing is preferred.
• Healthcare/caregiver certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including night duty if required.
