Job Description
- Process end-to-end payroll for all employees on a monthly/bi-weekly basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
- Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other payroll taxes.
- Maintain employee payroll records and update any changes in salary, attendance, leaves, etc.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs and audits.
- Prepare and share payroll reports and salary slips.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll and deductions.
- Assist in audits and ensure payroll data is compliant with company policies and labor laws.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and statutory changes.
