Job Description

Acquire high value new to bank customers to Bank on a monthly basis flag them on the system

 Handle the service requirement of customers are taken case in a prompt and pro-active manner

 Use wallet profile sheet to track accounts and products with other bank and transfer the same o Know

the customer’s business to proactively provide financial solutions

 Sales across all product segments- TPP, Assets, FD’s, TD’s etc

 Customer service to ensure walk in customers issues and Managing Operations like A/c opening, Fixed

Deposit, Lockers, and Forex etc

 Deepening of existing Current account & saving account relationships

 Activation of customers in digital channel

 Generation of referrals from internal database

 Report Generation & filing

 Branch Operations and Audit Compliance

 Compliance with KYC, AML, audit and other regulations in all branch banking operations.
