Photographer & Videographer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative, skilled, and self-driven Photographer & Videographer who can manage the complete content production process end to end. The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality photographs and videos for the company's branding, marketing, social media, corporate events, products, and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling all aspects of production, from concept development and pre-production planning to post-production editing and final delivery, while maintaining the company's brand identity and content standards.

• Key Responsibilities1. PhotographyPlan and execute professional photoshoots for corporate events, products, services, employees, leadership, and marketing campaigns.
• Capture high-quality images for websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Handle product photography, corporate portraits, lifestyle shoots, and event coverage as required.
• Manage lighting, composition, backgrounds, and camera settings to ensure high-quality output.
• Perform photo selection, retouching, colour correction, and final image enhancement.
• 2. VideographyShoot high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, brand storytelling, product demonstrations, testimonials, interviews, corporate events, and social media.
• Independently manage camera operations, lighting, audio recording, framing, and shot composition.
• Create engaging short-form videos, reels, and other platform-specific content.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage and day-to-day company activities.
• Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• 3. End-to-End Video Editing & Post-ProductionIndependently manage the complete video editing process, from raw footage to final output.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Perform colour grading, sound design, audio cleanup, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Add titles, subtitles, captions, logos, animations, music, and voiceovers wherever required.
• Resize and optimise content for different platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and advertisements.
• Export videos in the required formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
• 4. Pre-Production & Creative PlanningUnderstand project briefs, campaign objectives, and content requirements.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and shoot plans.
• Coordinate shoot schedules, locations, props, talent, and equipment.
• Suggest creative ideas, visual styles, and storytelling approaches to improve content quality.
• Work closely with the marketing, branding, HR, and management teams to understand their requirements.
• 5. End-to-End Production ManagementTake complete ownership of projects from briefing and planning through shooting, editing, revisions, and final delivery.
• Independently manage shoots with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and operate cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, stabilisers, and other production gear.
• Organise and maintain raw footage, photographs, project files, and final exports.
• Maintain an organised content library with proper file naming, backups, and asset management.
• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects and maintain consistent quality standards.
• 6. Social Media & Marketing ContentCreate platform-ready visual content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that supports brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Understand current video formats, visual trends, and social media content styles.
• Repurpose existing footage into multiple creative assets wherever required.
• Support the creation of advertisements, campaign videos, customer testimonials, and promotional creatives.
• 7. Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Manage feedback and revisions until the final output is approved.
• Maintain a production calendar and track project progress.
• Provide regular updates on shoot status, editing progress, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the agreed deadlines and quality expectations.
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in both photography and videography.
• Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Hands-on experience in video editing and photo editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of colour correction, colour grading, sound editing, and basic motion graphics.
• Strong visual storytelling, framing, composition, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to independently plan and execute shoots from start to finish.
• Good time management, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and editing capabilities.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience creating corporate, product, lifestyle, and social media content.
• Knowledge of lighting setups, studio photography, and on-location shoots.
• Experience with reels, short-form videos, interviews, testimonials, and brand campaigns.
• Familiarity with content trends across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Basic skills in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
• Ability to suggest new creative concepts and improve content quality.
