Process Executive (Voice) :

● Conducted verbal address verifications and professional reference checks.

● Collected supporting documents and performed other voice-based verification tasks.

● Ensured accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all verification activities.

● Record responses accurately in the system.

● Flag and escalate any discrepancies.
