Job Summary

We are looking for a QS – Billing professional with 3–4 years of experience to handle quantity estimation, project billing, measurements, contractor billing and cost tracking. The candidate should have good knowledge of civil and interior fit-out works and be capable of coordinating effectively with site and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and project estimates based on drawings and specifications.

Prepare client bills, RA bills and contractor/subcontractor bills.

Verify site measurements against actual executed work.

Check contractor bills against approved BOQs, work orders and measurements.

Prepare measurement sheets and maintain proper billing records.

Prepare rate analysis and support estimation activities.

Track additional works, variations and quantity changes.

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors and Accounts teams.

Monitor material quantities and assist in material reconciliation.

Verify contractor invoices and supporting documents.

Assist in project cost monitoring and identify quantity/cost variations.

Prepare monthly billing and project cost reports.

Maintain records of work orders, measurements, bills and approvals.

Support final billing and project closure.

Follow up with concerned teams for timely bill submission and certification.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing.

Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off and rate analysis.

Understanding of civil and interior works such as block work, plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, carpentry and MEP works.

Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

3–4 years of relevant experience in QS / Billing.

Experience in interior fit-out, residential or commercial projects will be preferred.
