Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors and customers professionally.
  • Answer phone calls and manage inquiries.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment entries.
  • Maintain records, data entries, and office documents.
  • Coordinate with team members for day-to-day office activities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support whenever required.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, data entry).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in billing and record maintenance.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or office assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
