• Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions.
• Team ManagementRecruit, train, and develop restaurant staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower planning.
• Monitor employee performance and conduct regular feedback sessions.
• Maintain employee discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Drive employee engagement and reduce staff attrition.
• Sales & Business GrowthAchieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Implement local store marketing initiatives to increase footfall and revenue.

• Experience in coffee brands/café operations will be an added advantage.
