Retail Store Executive
Location: Bengaluru, KA | Type: Full Time | Experience: 0-3 Years | Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
ABOUT THE CLIENT & ROLE
science-backed health-tech company offering personalized, holistic hair loss treatments. As a Retail Executive, you will be the face of the brand, offering empathetic consultations, recommending treatments, and driving in-store sales.

Koramangala: 1 Female Marathahalli: 1 Female, 1 Male
Chandranagar Layout: 2 Females, 1 Male
RT Nagar: 1 Female, 1 Male
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In-Store Consultation: Conduct 1-on-1 consultations to explain holistic hair-health and products to walk-in clients.
Customer Retention & Sales: Follow up to track progress, drive repeat orders, and achieve sales.
Store Operations: Manage daily front-end activities, walk-in scheduling, and accurate inventory tracking.
Customer Experience: Deliver an exemplary, premium in-store client experience at all times.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
Experience: 0-3 years. Open to freshers with excellent communication skills. Retail sales experience is a strong advantage.
Communication: Strong command of English. Knowledge of local language/Kannada is a plus.
Demographics: Age limit up to 30 years. Comfortable working rotational shifts and weekends.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 in-hand.
Training Allowance: ₹500/day for Food + ₹500/day for Travel provided during the onboarding/training period.
