Job Description
Responsible for achieving new car sales targets by converting showroom walk-ins, enquiries, and leads into customers. You are the face of the dealership - you advise customers, manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- *Lead Handling & Conversion:*
- Attend to all walk-in customers, phone/online enquiries, and follow up on leads from CRM, portals, and campaigns
- Understand customer needs, budget, and usage to recommend the right variant
- Conduct product presentation, feature demonstration, and test drives
- *Sales Process:*
- Explain pricing, offers, finance, insurance, exchange, and accessories
- Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Complete documentation - booking form, finance, insurance, RTO
- *Customer Relationship:*
- Build strong rapport for referrals and repeat business
- Coordinate with service, accessories, and delivery team for smooth handover
- Ensure 100% follow-up for pending decisions and post-delivery satisfaction
- *Reporting & Market Intelligence:*
- Update CRM daily with enquiries, follow-ups, and closures
- Track competitor offers, pricing, and market trends
- Participate in outdoor events, mall displays, and exchange camps
