Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and revenue.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable financial solutions, including EMI calculations and product recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Handle customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide insights for sales strategy improvement.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fresher or up to 3+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of EMI calculations and financial products is a plus.
