Sales Manager/ Assistant Sales Manager

Requirement for Enterprise Sales Executives – Bangalore (3 Positions)

Type: Full-time

Experience: 1 year to 7 years

Budget Max: 7 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (General)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new enterprise customers for Internet Leased Line (ILL), SD-WAN, and other data connectivity services.

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and networking.

Conduct meetings with IT Heads, Admin Heads, and decision-makers of corporate clients.

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable connectivity solutions.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close sales deals.

Coordinate with technical and provisioning teams for feasibility and implementation.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reports in CRM.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of Leased Line, SD-WAN, CCTV, and Enterprise Networking solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to interact with CXOs, IT Managers, and corporate decision-makers.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Good understanding of the telecom industry and ISP operations.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
