📝 Job Summary:

Aurae Designss is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell building and construction materials. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, building relationships with distributors and contractors, and supporting marketing strategies to grow business in the construction sector.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

📢 Promote and sell building & construction materials to clients and businesses

🤝 Develop relationships with contractors, builders, distributors, and clients

🚶 Conduct client visits and attend client meetings to generate sales

📞 Handle telesales and telemarketing activities to generate leads

📊 Perform marketing analysis and gather market intelligence

📦 Coordinate with distributors and SMB clients for business opportunities

💬 Use strong communication and convincing skills to close sales

📈 Implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales

🧩 Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 21 – 40 years

Gender: Both genders allowed

Education: Diploma

English: Basic English

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Shift: Day (Full Time)

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 (As per experience & skills)

Incentive: Up to ₹15,000 (As per performance)
