Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. Roles and Responsibilities1. Salon Operations

• Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and products are properly maintained.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.

2. Sales and Revenue Management

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Promote salon services, packages, memberships, and retail products.
• Encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase the average bill value.
• Track daily revenue, customer footfall, and sales performance.
• Develop strategies to improve repeat visits and customer retention.

3. Team Management

• Supervise, motivate, and guide salon staff.
• Prepare staff duty schedules and manage shift allocations.
• Train employees on customer service, sales techniques, and salon procedures.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

4. Customer Service

• Ensure every client receives professional and personalised service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with regular clients.
• Collect customer feedback and encourage genuine online reviews.

5. Inventory and Administration

• Monitor stock levels of salon products and consumables.
• Maintain records of sales, expenses, inventory, and staff performance.
• Prevent product wastage and unnecessary expenses.
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily reporting.

6. Marketing and Business Development

• Promote salon offers and packages through WhatsApp and social media.
• Follow up with existing and inactive customers to encourage repeat bookings.
• Help generate new leads and increase walk-in customers.
• Build local business relationships and explore customer acquisition opportunities.
• Required Qualifications and SkillsMinimum 2–5 years of experience in salon management or a similar role.
