Salon Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain service quality, handle client relationships, and ensure smooth functioning of the salon.

• Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day salon operations efficiently.
• Supervise and coordinate hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff

• Handle client appointments, walk-ins, and complaints professionally
• Monitor staff performance and provide training and guidance
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and salon ambiance
• Manage inventory, stock, and product usage

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle billing, cash flow, and basic accounting
• RequirementsProven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
