Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement, and HR operations. The candidate should have good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities – Senior HR Executive

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and joining follow-up.
• Manage hiring through job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with managers for manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Handle onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
• Support employee engagement, retention, grievance handling, and day-to-day employee queries.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance data, new joiners, exits, and HR MIS.
• Monitor recruitment status, joining ratio, attrition, and maintain regular HR reports.
• Handle probation, confirmation, resignation, notice period, and exit formalities.
• Take ownership of critical/senior-level requirements and ensure timely recruitment closure.
• Support and guide junior HR team members and coordinate with management on HR requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR trackers using Excel/Google Sheets and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Qualification & Experience

• Any Post Graduate, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR Executive: 1–5 years of relevant HR & recruitment experience.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in BPO, Call Center, Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, Telecalling, ITES, or high-volume recruitment will be preferred.
