Job Description
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable eyewear products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories.
Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and after-sales services.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS transactions.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Assist the Store Manager in achieving operational and business goals.
Mentor junior sales associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail processes.
