Job Description
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT equipment.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong networking and troubleshooting skills, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues.
- Understanding of firewalls, network security, and basic security best practices.
- Knowledge of data backup, cloud backup, and data recovery solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage, guide, and provide technical support to Junior IT Engineers.
- Ability to prioritize multiple incidents and service requests while meeting defined SLA requirements.
