Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
* Supervision and execution of site works as per drawings and specifications
* Monitoring daily site progress and preparing progress reports
* Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors & vendors
* Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
* Checking levels, measurements, and ensuring accurate execution
* Managing labor, materials, and site resources
* Understanding structural drawings, architectural drawings & services layouts
* Assisting in material planning, procurement follow-ups & site documentation
* Ensuring timely completion of tasks and resolving on-site issues
* Conducting site inspections and maintaining checklists
* Coordination with project managers, engineers & consultants
Qualifications
* Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 2-15 years of experience as a Site Engineer
* Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and on-site execution
* Ability to read and interpret working drawings
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Proficient in MS Office & basic AutoCAD (preferred)
