Job SummaryWe are looking for a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in civil construction, interior execution and renovation projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and ensuring quality, timelines and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily civil, interior and renovation works at site.
• Execute work as per drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other agencies.
• Monitor quality, workmanship and finishing at every stage.
• Check measurements, quantities and material requirements.
• Plan daily activities and ensure timely completion of work.
• Coordinate material procurement and site deliveries.
• Maintain site records, measurements, work progress and daily reports.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with designers/architects for solutions.
• Ensure proper safety, housekeeping and site discipline.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams when required.
• Minimize material wastage and support effective cost control.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of civil construction and interior execution.
• Practical knowledge of renovation and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings.
• Knowledge of materials, measurements and BOQ.
• Good contractor and manpower management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently handle site activities.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Candidate ProfileDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant site experience.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in residential construction, premium interiors and renovation projects preferred.
• Should be willing to travel to project sites across Bangalore.
• Strong focus on quality, timelines and execution.
