Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the execution of HVAC (Air Conditioning) projects from planning to commissioning. The role involves site inspections, coordination with clients, CAD engineers, vendors, procurement teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project completion.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct site inspections and assess project requirements.
• Coordinate with CAD Engineers for preparation and finalization of HVAC drawings.
• Plan and coordinate material procurement and delivery to project sites.
• Liaise with clients regarding project progress, technical requirements, and updates.
• Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage and distribute materials at site and maintain material records.
• Travel to multiple project locations for site supervision and coordination.
• Prepare and submit regular site progress reports to management and clients.
• Follow up on project payments and support collection activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.
• Attend client meetings and provide project status updates until successful project completion.
