Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sound Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair and demonstration of Home Theatre, Audio Systems, Speakers, and Sound Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

·        Installing, repairing, and demonstrating home theatre and audio systems.

• Troubleshoot speakers, amplifiers, AV receivers, subwoofers, and other audio equipment.
• Identify and resolve sound quality, connectivity, and technical issues.
• Perform testing to ensure proper functioning of repaired equipment.
• Handle customer technical queries and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct on-site service visits as required.
• Maintain service reports and update job status.
• Follow company quality and safety standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Audio/Video systems and Home Theatre technology.
• Hands-on experience in speaker and sound system repair.
• Knowledge of amplifiers, AV receivers, wiring, connectors, and audio circuits.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good customer handling and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a field-service environment.
