Sr. Accountant / Sr. Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain and update all accounting records accurately in Tally.

 Prepare and generate customer invoices in a timely manner.

 Follow up with internal & external stakeholders for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

 Clear suspense entries and ensure proper accounting of all transactions.

 Perform daily bank reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies.

 Record and update sales invoices, purchase invoices, expense bills, and journal entries in Tally.

 Assist the Sales and Procurement teams by preparing and verifying invoices and related documentation.

 Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.

 Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers regularly.

 Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.

 Ensure all transactions are accounted for accurately and within the prescribed timelines.

 Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

 Assist in preparing reports required by management & auditors.

 Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
