Staff Nurse

We are looking for a caring, skilled, and responsible Staff Nurse to join our Hair & Skin Clinic. The candidate will assist doctors during hair transplant and dermatology procedures, ensure proper patient care, maintain clinical hygiene, and support the smooth functioning of the clinic.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist doctors during hair transplant, dermatology, and aesthetic procedures.
• Prepare patients before procedures and provide appropriate pre- and post-procedure care.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and clinical equipment.
• Assist with dressing, wound care, injections, IV procedures, and other nursing-related activities as directed by the doctor.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures and promptly report any concerns to the doctor.
• Follow proper infection control, sterilization, and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and nursing documentation.
• Handle clinical instruments and ensure they are properly cleaned and sterilized.
• Educate patients regarding medications, aftercare instructions, and follow-up procedures.
• Maintain adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and clinical supplies.
• Ensure the clinic maintains high standards of cleanliness and patient safety.
• Provide professional, friendly, and empathetic patient care.
• Coordinate with doctors and other clinic staff for smooth patient flow.
• Follow all clinic protocols, safety procedures, and professional nursing standards.
• RequirementsGNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing registration.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred; experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetics, or hair transplant clinics will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of basic nursing procedures and infection control.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Willingness to learn and assist with aesthetic and hair restoration procedures.
• Preferred SkillsExperience assisting in hair transplant procedures.
• Experience in dermatology / cosmetology / aesthetic procedures.
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection-control practices.
• Good patient counselling and communication skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
