Job SummaryThe Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining customer satisfaction, and leading the store team to achieve business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper inwarding, storage, and outwarding of goods.
• Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
• Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and team performance.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
• Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, expiry, and losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and other internal teams.
• Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and achieve targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS/ERP systems.
• Customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Educational QualificationGraduate in any discipline preferred.
• Retail management qualification is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in retail, FMCG, supermarket, or grocery store operations will be preferred. The candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing a team while achieving business objectives.
