Job Title: Dark Store Operations Manager

*Job Summary: *

We're seeking experienced Store/Warehouse Managers to manage dark store operations across quick commerce segment. The role entails improving the packer productivity, manage daily store operations and improve KEY Growth metrics

*Key Responsibilities: *

1. *Operations Management*: Oversee daily operations of the dark store, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.

2. *Team Management*: Lead and develop a team of Team Leaders, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.

3. *Budgeting and Cost Control*: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve business objectives.

4. *Compliance and Risk Management*: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring a safe working environment.

- 3+ years of relevant experience
