Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, market research, and industry events.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing corporate accounts, ensuring high retention and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales cycle from initial pitch to closing deals, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Conduct persuasive product presentations, negotiate pricing and contract terms with key decision-makers (Procurement Heads, Transport Managers, Fleet Directors), and close deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, logistics, and after-sales service teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
