Store Manager

We’re Hiring – Store Managers | BengaluruAnmasa is looking for energetic, customer-focused Store Managers to join our team in Bengaluru.

Our stores serve both walk-in customers and online customers, while also functioning as online order fulfilment hubs. This role requires someone who can own the entire store — from sales and customer experience to team management, inventory, and online fulfilment.

• What You’ll OwnDrive walk-in store sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Drive online sales and ensure online orders are processed and fulfilled efficiently.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience, both in-store and online.
• Lead, train, and manage the store team.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Own online order fulfilment — picking, packing, processing, and timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory across both offline and online channels.
• Ensure products are available, replenished, and properly presented.
• Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth and timely order dispatches.
• Handle customer queries, returns, exchanges, and operational issues.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, hygiene, and brand experience.
• Track sales and operational metrics and identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve efficiency.
• What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, e-commerce, or customer-facing operations.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Experience managing a team is a plus.
• Comfortable managing both offline retail and online operations.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and gets things done.
• A genuine go-getter attitude with the ability to wear multiple hats.
