Store Sales Executive

1. Sales and Customer Service:

• Greet, engage, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Effectively handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

2. Store Operations and Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Assist in implementing visual merchandising guidelines to create an appealing and shoppable environment.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure optimal stock levels are available.
• Assist with the daily opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols to prevent loss and ensure safety.

3. Inventory Management:

• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory from shipments.
• Conduct regular stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.
• Help manage the stockroom to ensure it is organized and merchandise is easily accessible.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate any potential shortages or overages to the Store Manager.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve common goals.
• Communicate effectively with the team regarding daily tasks, sales promotions, and operational updates.
