🌙 Rotational Night Shifts
⏰ Shift Timings: **8:30 PM / 9:30 PM / 10:30 PM / 11:30 PM**
🕘 Shift Duration: 9 Hours
💰 **Take Home:** ₹21,000 to 26000
🎯 **Performance Bonus:** Up to ₹4,000 Variable
📅 Variable bonus eligibility after 3 months of joining
🗣️ **ENGLISH COMMUNICATION – STRICT**
✅ Excellent & confident English communication is mandatory
❌ No heavy MTI
❌ No major grammatical mistakes
