We are looking for Female Telecallers to join our team for Banking Personal Loan Process.


Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding personal loan offers

• Explain loan products, eligibility and basic requirements

• Generate and follow up on customer leads

• Coordinate with customers for required documents

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status

• Achieve monthly calling and lead-generation targets

• Work closely with the backend and sales team
