Job Description

Eleminta Interiors is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, following up with clients, and scheduling appointments for our interior design services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

- Follow up with interested clients regarding home interior requirements.

- Explain our interior design services, offers, and packages to customers.

- Schedule appointments and showroom visits for the sales team.

- Maintain customer information and call records.

- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.

- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

 Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.

- Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.

- Confident, polite, and professional approach while speaking with customers.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.

- Ability to handle follow-ups and meet lead-generation targets.

- Must be comfortable working from the office.
